Artist in Residence projects

NATALIA QUINTERO This month find artwork created by Natalia during her residency in the museum during August 2023. Natalia,  I gathered and boiled flowers, leaves, bark and other plants found in Bonita to extract the pigment to create natural dyes. While creating these dyes I pull color, history, and memory from thriving plants.
