      Taste of Bonita

      2026 Taste of Bonita
      Saturday, September 19
      5 pm to 9 pm

      Be a part of this year’s Taste of Bonita! The Bonita Museum and Cultural Center is proud to host this beloved tradition on Saturday, September 19, 2026 from 5:00PM – 9:00PM. Enjoy this family friendly fundraising event of tastings by local chefs and restaurants. We will also have live entertainment, a children’s area of activities, local crafts and artisans on display, silent drawings, and our exhibit in the gallery featuring BonitaFest. Proceeds from the event support year-round programming for school groups.

      TICKET PURCHASE

      This family friendly event is open to all ages. Your ticket includes unlimited tastings and a beverage. The general ticket is $55 for 12-years old and above. Children under 4-years old are free and 5-years old to 12-years old is $20. Museum members receive a $5 discount using the code “MEMBER” at the time of online checkout.

       

      Purchase tickets online

      You may also come into the museum during normal open hours to pay by cash, check, cashiers check, or credit card. We expect to sell out as only 300 tickets will be available for this year’s event

       

      EVENT SPONSORSHIP

      This signature event will provide samples of local flavors from chefs and restaurants to 300 attendees. It will also highlight the art, history, and culture of our unique South Bay region. Your sponsorship will have a direct impact on the community, helping to continue providing free museum exhibitions and facilitating school tours throughout the year. All sponsors will be identified on the museum website and through social and print media.

      • Fundraise supporting arts for local schoolchildren
      • Increased awareness of your business services to constituents

      Title sponsor (1): $2,500 – Branding for monthlong Bonitafest historical exhibit (September), business table at event, opportunity to address attendees, marketing message to museum members, all marketing collateral, press, website, and social media recognition.

      Six event tickets (a $300 value).

      Chef sponsor (2): $1,000 – Co-Branding for Taste of Bonita historical exhibit reception (September), branding of event area (children’s, arts), business table at event, marketing message to museum members, all marketing collateral, press, website, and social media recognition. Four event tickets (a $200 value).

      Sous Chef: $500 – Recognition at event, website, and social media.

      Two event tickets (a $100 value).

      ARTISAN PARTICIPANT

      Taste of Bonita provides an opportunity to showcase local artisans of all works to event attendees and constituents of The Bonita Museum and Cultural Center. You’ll gain exposure as participant to the Bonita community before and during the event. We can accommodate to a few artisans of any medium to display and sell their artwork during this event. While there is no fee to participate, we do ask for a monetary contribution for any items sold towards our fundraising goals.

      CULINARY PARTICIPANT

      Partner with us to bring the 2nd Annual Taste of Bonita at the Bonita Museum and Cultural Center on Saturday, September 19, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Taste of Bonita seeks to feature local chefs and restaurants by providing samples of their unique flavors.

      Our maximum capacity is 300 guests, offering an intimate experience to connect with business owners and the general community. This signature event will also highlight the art, history, and culture of our unique South Bay featuring this year’s Bonitafest historical exhibit.

      Key Benefits for participation:

      • Exposure to museum constituent and supporters
      • Opportunity for community outreach and engagement
      • Fundraise to supporting local schoolchildren
      • Generate awareness of your business for large parties and catering

      Your participation will have also direct impact on the community, contributing to provide free museum exhibitions and facilitating school tours for over 50,000 schoolchildren throughout the year.
