Sweetwater Water Authority High School Photo Contest

Bonita Optimist Book Sale Oct. April 2 & 3

The semi-annual Bonita Optimist book sale happens inside and outside the museum from 10am to 4pm.  Proceeds benefit scholarships.  

Plant & Ceramic Sale

plant and ceramics sale flyer copy   Join the Bonita Valley Garden Club & ECC Ceramics, San Diego Continuing Education, for a plant and ceramic sale at the museum.   The Bonita Valley Garden club has two sales a year that benefit horticulture scholarships for students.   The ECC Ceramics facility provides free emeritus classes for 55 and older.   Find more emeritus classes  

Bonita Plein Air “Paint Out” 5/18

Mehl Lawson is hosting the Plein air paint out for the museum's "wet gallery" in May and June.  Please meet at the museum 5/18 at 9am for the event.  Mehl will have a list of possible locations to paint in the Sweetwater Valley.  The event is free.  Painting from the day can be returned to the museum for the "Wet Gallery."  The wet gallery painting will be on display from May 21 - June 24th.
